Through RNA-seq analysis, we find when cdt1 was knock out, zebrafish will suffer from dwarfism, reduced viablity and infertile. The data also shows that there are two different transcript of zebrafish cdt1:cdt1-201 and cdt1-202. Interestingly, cdt1-202 is signlificantly upregulated in the cdt1 mutant. At the same time, cdt1-201 is the main transcript in different organ.
