Bulk RNA analysis of the left-right organizer transcriptome reveals potential novel heterotaxy genes

Aimed to identify novel node/left right organizer via RNA-seq We used a mouse line that expresses GFP in the node/organizer cells. E8.0 embryos were then FACS sorted to separate GFP+ organizer cells and GFP- non organizer cells which were assess via RNA-seq本研究旨在通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）鉴定新型节点/左右组织者。我们采用了在节点/组织者细胞中表达绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）的小鼠品系，对胚胎发育第8.0天（E8.0）的胚胎进行荧光激活细胞分选（FACS），以分离GFP阳性的组织者细胞与GFP阴性的非组织者细胞，并通过RNA-seq对两类细胞开展转录组分析。
