This study focused on the effects of Transgenic Herbicide resistant soybean jd321 on soil microbial community. The three transgenic genes were G2M-EPSPS, GR79M-EPSPS and Cry1c. Through high-throughput sequencing of rhizosphere microbial community samples, we tried to find out the basis of the influence of transgenic soybean on rhizosphere microorganisms. This project is the SRA information of 16s rDNA sequencing.
