资源简介:
The house shrew (Suncus murinus) is known to have proliferated globally as humans have migrated. This species is distributed on some islands of the Ryukyu archipelago, the southernmost part of Japan, but its evolutionary history remains fully understood. In this study, we determined the whole genome sequences of eight shrews from the Ryukyu Islands, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Pakistan, together with a laboratory stain originated from Nagasaki (Kyushu Island, Japan), and conducted phylogenetic and population dynamics, with both nuclear and mitochondrial whole genome data of the eight shrews.
