THE CURRENT STAGE OF REFORMS IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the modern stage of reforming the judicial system in the Republic of Uzbekistan from a scientific and legal perspective. In particular, it covers ensuring the independence of the judiciary, improving the quality of justice, reliable protection of human rights and freedoms, ensuring openness and transparency of the activities of judicial bodies, digitalization of the judicial system, and the impact of the new Constitution on the judicial sphere. It also analyzes the results of the reforms being implemented, existing problems and priority tasks for the future, and provides scientific conclusions and proposals for their further improvement.
