Simulation datasets for "Bayesian inference of lineage trees by joint analysis of single-cell multimodal lineage-tracing data with BiLinT"
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo record provides all simulation datasets generated in the manuscript: “Bayesian inference of lineage trees by joint analysis of single-cell multimodal lineage-tracing data with BiLinT” Three simulation scenarios are included: • Simulation 1 (80 datasets): Gene expression simulated using the asymmetric cell division model in TedSim on balanced phylogenetic trees; barcode data generated using the TiDeTree model. • Simulation 2 (90 datasets): Gene expression simulated using the General Gaussian Process Model; lineage trees drawn from a birth–death–sampling process allowing random topologies; barcode data generated using TiDeTree. • Simulation 3 (1 dataset): A limited-barcode-information scenario with eight clones arranged on an unbalanced tree; gene expression simulated using the General Gaussian Process Model and barcode states constrained by few editable sites and frequent parallel mutations. Each dataset contains the simulated lineage trees, barcode matrices, gene expression matrices, and the corresponding simulation parameters used in the study.
