A total of 20 samples comprising of Intra canal and Extra radicular samples were collected and stored in an Eppendorf tube containing 1ml Tris EDTA Buffer. DNA extraction and amplification was performed followed by nanopore analysis. The identified micro-organisms were categorized into bacteria and archaea which were sub classified into Phylum, Order, Family, Genus and Species.
