General information: This dataset contains three types of data: (1) images recorded with a transmission electron microscope; (2) images recorded with a scanning electron microscope equipped with an electron backscattered detector; and (3) text data (in the form of .xlsx files) recorded by a tensile machine. The text files contain the following data: time, force, and displacement. The file name includes information about the applied aluminium alloy and current parameters used. All data pertain to the 5754 aluminum alloy and are directly related to the journal article mentioned above.
