This is a testing dataset for gene repo. The current data structure includes README file, study_meta.csv file, and folders gene_expr containing gene expression data and meta_info containing metadata. The gene_expr folder includes gene expression data files prefixed with GSE and E_MTAB, while the meta_info folder includes corresponding metadata files. The dataset also provides information on study_IDs with child studies.
