NSW DPIE - Projections 2016 - Population High & Low Series (LGA) 2011-2036

This dataset presents projected population following the three projection series - the main projection, a high and a low projection series for 5-year periods between the years of 2011 and 2036 for the state of New South Wales (NSW). The data is presented as aggregations following the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS) 2016 Local Government Areas (LGA).\n\nThe various projection series show the impact on the NSW population when the assumed levels of births, deaths and migration are changed. \n\nPopulation projections provide a picture of the population as it may develop in future years.
