Brain2 (seqFISH): ~1,500 cells
SeqFISH+. ~500 cells
Each field of view (FOV) has two channels, Dapi and Nissl. Each field of view is a TIFF file.
The files: Brain1.tar.gz, Brain2.tar.gz, seqfishplus.images.tar.gz are the raw TIFF images.
The files: segmented.*.tar.gz are the segmented images (in PDF and SVG format). Segmentation is shown as yellow outlines.
