A process-based representation of hydraulic activation of stomata induced by hygroscopic fertilizer salts in the ORCHIDEE-CROP model (v2.2)

This repository provides the supporting data used in the study "A process-based representation of hydraulic activation of stomata induced by hygroscopic fertilizer salts in the ORCHIDEE-CROP model (v2.2)". The archive includes meteorological forcing data, crop management data, and crop calendar information for model simulations at four study sites (FR-Gri, BE-Lon, FR-EM2, and US-Ne1). It also contains the model experiment configurations and scripts for preparing model input files, processing model outputs, parameter calibration, statistical analysis, and figure generation. The ORCHIDEE-CROP v2.2 model source code, including the hydraulic activation of stomata (HAS) parameterization, is archived separately on Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23941910.
