MicroRNA in plasma, Newly diagnosed untreated diabetic cases and healthy controls

We examined the plasma miRNA among 113 newly diagnosed untreated diabetic cases and 113 healthy controls from DFTJ cohort by miRNA array screening and Taqman real-time PCR validation. After prediction of miRNA target genes, the low-abundance proteins coded by miR-193b-3p target genes were explored in plasma of the same population.
