Attack rate was defined as the proportion of individuals who were infected at least once in that year. “Reinfected” gives the percentage of people that were infected more than once in a year. Bottom table shows the percentage of individuals that were infected at least once per year in 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years between 2010 and 2014 inclusive.
