资源简介:
This study focuses on comparing the transcriptomes of benign and malignant breast calcification tissues to identify key regulatory genes and pathways involved in the pathological mineralization process. Malignant breast calcifications, often linked to high-grade ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), are typically considered a marker of poor prognosis. However, the molecular mechanisms driving the formation of these calcifications remain unclear. By analyzing the gene expression differences between benign and malignant calcifications, this research aims to uncover the underlying biological processes. The findings from this study could provide novel insights into breast cancer pathology and offer new biomarkers for early detection and prognosis of malignant breast calcifications.
