资源简介:
Collect and integrate the investigation and relevant experimental data of microbial systems in hydrosphere habitats, such as representative terrestrial water bodies and key zones at the intersection of ocean and land, to reveal the distribution and formation mechanism of multi-habitat microbial community structure and functional genes in the hydrosphere, compare and analyze the key processes driving carbon and nitrogen cycling by microorganisms in different hydrosphere habitats, and explore the response and feedback mechanism of these processes to environmental changes. To improve the understanding of the distribution rules of the hydrosphere microbial community and the mechanism driving the carbon and nitrogen cycle. To elucidate the distribution and formation mechanism of multi-habitat microbial communities and functional genes in the hydrosphere, and reveal the key processes of carbon and nitrogen cycle driven by microorganisms and their response and feedback to environmental changes.
