Transcriptome sequencing of ARPE-19 cells treated with cinobufagin

This study investigates the alterations in the transcriptomic landscape of cells following treatment with cinobufagin. The experimental procedure was as follows: ARPE-19 cells were cultured in 6-well plates the day prior to treatment, during which they were exposed to either cinobufagin (320 nM) or DMSO for a duration of 24 hours. Subsequently, the cell pellet was collected and dissolved in Trizol reagent to extract total RNA from the cell sample. Transcriptome sequencing was conducted after ensuring that the RNA quality met the required standards.
