资源简介:

Species by trait matrix.xls Database of fish species morphological measures used to estimate functional traits. This is a Xlsx file with species and family in the first and second column, followed by 28 columns for morphological measures: Bl: body length; CP: caudal peduncle; PF: pectoral fin; Pc(Rank): ranking of pyloric ceca number*; Bbn: barbel number; OgSf: oral gape surface; OgSh: oral gape shape: OgPo: oral gape position; GtLg: gut length; EySz: eye size; EyPo: eye position; BdSh: body shape (transversal); PfPo: pectoral fin position; PfSh: aspect ratio of the pectoral fin; CpHt: caudal peduncle throttling; CfSh: aspect ratio of the caudal fin; FsRt: fin surface ratio; FsSf: fin surface-to-body size ratio; BbLg: barbel length; MxLg, maxillary length; BdEg: body elongation; BdLSh: body shape (lateral); PfSz: pectoral fin size (lineal size); Mass: log10(biomass in grams); dSf: body transversal surface; Diet: carnivorous, detritivorous or herbivorous. The selection of fish measures was performed following Villéger et al. (2012). Diet was determined by Serra et al. (2014). The ranking of pyloric ceca number (Pc) was defined as: Pc(Rank) = 0 if Pc =0; Pc(Rank) = 1 if 0< Pc <10; Pc(Rank) = 2 if 10< Pc <100, and Pc(Rank) = 3 if Pc >1000.
