Gene expression profile at single cell level of immune cells from gastric cancer

Immune cells within gastric cancer microenvironment greatly influence disease outcome. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the immune heterogeneity of gastric cancer. Overall design: Tumor infiltrating immune cells of gastric cancer patients were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
