VPRS 18900 Executive Committee/Management Team Agendas, Minutes and Papers

This series comprises agendas, minutes and papers of the Executive Committee/Management Team of the Mount Royal Hospital (VA 1280). Also included are the minutes and papers of the Management Team and Melbourne Health Executive of the Melbourne Extended Care and Rehabilitation Service (VA 5265), which formed as the result of an amalgamation of Mount Royal and the Greenvale Centre (VA 5267). The Executive Committee/Management Team comprised the senior executive and senior managers of the hospital. This group was responsible for high-level policy and strategy, as well as overall operational issues relating to the hospital. Members of the group included senior heads of both clinical and non-clinical functional divisions. There is a gap in the extant records between 16/06/1992 and 01/05/1995.
