The healthy control data have been published and uploaded separately:

Data set DOI: doi:10.18112/openneuro.ds003404.v1.0.2
The MRI Files included are:
A) Skull-stripped and defaced T1w and T2w structurals with a resolution of 0.8mm isotropic.
B) 5 "task" epi files including a 10 minute rest scan - (281vol x 4 runs for the perception task, 765vol for rest)
C) field maps (fmap) - AP/PA field map pair for the task scans and another pair for the rest scan
Resting-state data were collected with an eyes open protocol. Note that one subject, sub-B04, did not complete a resting-state scan and sub-S60 had only 751 of 765 TRs for rest. Note also that for the structurals, the first reconstruction (rec-1) was without prescan normalize and the second reconstruction (rec-2) was with prescan normalize. Also, the scan time stamp year has been altered for anonymization.
