农药残留作为果蔬的重要指标之一,根据食品安全法的要求,我单位对本地区生鲜经营主体和农贸市场开展抽样检测,采用NY/T 761-2008 《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》方法,得出样品中农药残留的含量。检测数据对比国标GB 2763-2021《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》中规定的要求,可得出该样品是否符合标准要求,该项数据关乎消费者食品安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。对本地区生鲜经营主体和农贸市场的番茄开展抽样检测,按照NY/T 761-2008 《蔬菜和水果中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药多残留的测定》进行检测,运用如下公式进行计算:X=(C-C0)×V×n/m,式中:X为试样中待测组分含量,单位为毫克每千克(mg/kg);C为试样溶液中待测组分的质量浓度,单位为微克每升(μg/L);C0为空白试样溶液中待测组分的质量浓度,单位为微克每升(μg/L);V为试样定容体积,单位为毫升(mL);m为称取试样的质量,单位为克(g);n为稀释倍数;可得检查项目的含量数据。将以上检测数据对比国标GB 2763-2021《食品安全国家标准 食品中农药最大残留限量》要求,在限定值内的为合格,超出限定值的为不合格。
Pesticide residue is one of the core indicators for fruits and vegetables. According to the requirements of the Food Safety Law, our unit has conducted sampling tests on fresh produce business entities and farmers' markets in the local area, using the method specified in NY/T 761-2008 "Determination of Multiresidue Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits: Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides" to obtain the content of pesticide residues in the samples. By comparing the test data with the requirements stipulated in the national standard GB 2763-2021 "National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods", it can be determined whether the sample meets the standard requirements. This data is closely related to consumer food safety and has an importance that cannot be ignored. Sampling tests were carried out on tomatoes from fresh produce business entities and farmers' markets in the local area, and the tests were conducted in accordance with NY/T 761-2008 "Determination of Multiresidue Pesticides in Vegetables and Fruits: Organophosphorus, Organochlorine, Pyrethroid and Carbamate Pesticides". The following formula was used for calculation: X=(C-C₀)×V×n/m, where: X is the content of the component to be detected in the test sample, with the unit of milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg); C is the mass concentration of the component to be detected in the test sample solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); C₀ is the mass concentration of the component to be detected in the blank sample solution, with the unit of micrograms per liter (μg/L); V is the constant volume of the test sample, with the unit of milliliters (mL); m is the mass of the weighed test sample, with the unit of grams (g); n is the dilution factor. The content data of the test items can be obtained via this calculation. By comparing the above test data with the requirements of the national standard GB 2763-2021 "National Food Safety Standard: Maximum Residue Limits for Pesticides in Foods", samples within the specified limit values are qualified, while those exceeding the limit values are unqualified.
