Transcriptomic profiling of Mtb grown in phosphate limited or phosphate enriched media showed differential expression of a large set of genes, giving insight into how Mtb remodels its transcriptome depending on the concentrations of phosphate available in its environment. Overall design: Replicate cultures of Mtb were grown either in phosphate limited or phosphate enriched medium and global transcriptomes were compared.
