Impact of indoor vs. outdoor growing conditions and fungicide application on tomato leaf metabolome dynamics
收藏资源简介:
Environmental conditions and chemical exposures significantly shape the plant metabolome, offering critical insights for refining agricultural management and agrochemical deployment to maximize crop productivity and quality. This study evaluated the phenotypic and metabolomic alterations in tomato plants subjected to distinct cultivation environments (greenhouse/indoor versus field/outdoor) and treated with varied formulations of the fungicide azoxystrobin, including a commercial product, a custom inhouse formulation, and an untreated control. This upload consisits of four different metabolomics data sets ("Lipid Positive.zip", "Lipid Negative.zip", "PMP Positive.zip" and "PMP Negative.zip") which were used in the connected study and the sample list corresponding to the names of the files in the data sets are in the file labelled "Sample_list.xlsx". The mass spectrometry imaging data used for analysis in the paper is also uploaded as "Indoor_inhouse.zip", "Indoor_commercial.zip", "Outdoor_inhouse.zip" and "Outdoor_commercial.zip".
