Targeting bilayer NbSe₂ Ising superconductors, this dataset includes normalized temperature-magnetic field-carrier concentration phase diagrams analyzed and recorded based on electrical transport characterization results. The total size of the dataset is 0.06 MB. The data acquisition protocol is based on the analysis of dataset 2018YFA0307000-014. The data was collected at the Xi Xiaoxiang Research Group, School of Physics, Nanjing University, from October to December 2022, and the equipment used was a desktop computer.
