Nutrition habits as well as knowledge and conduct in the area of health
among schoolchildren in the second school year.

Topics: Possession and use of care utensils and cosmetics; hygiene
habits; daily body care; frequency of showering or bathing per week;
frequency of cleaning teeth; frequency of change of clothing and
underwear; conduct regarding strange persons; desired and actual eating
habits in school breaks and at the other meals; times of day at which
one is particularly tired; sequence of activities at getting up.

To condition understanding of the quantity symbols used in the
questionnaire at the beginning of the survey some tasks were posed,
whose correct or wrong solutions likewise have been retained.

Additionally a general evaluation of the questionnaire was conducted
in the form of a scale.

Demography: age; sex.

Also encoded were: class index and city size.
