Transposon insertion sequencing (Tn-seq) of delta dusB and wild-type Vibrio cholerae N16961 at T0 and T16 in Mueller-Hinton medium

We performed transposon insertion sequencing (Tn-seq) in Vibrio cholerae N16961 using transposon insertion libraries generated in delta dusB and wild-type (WT) strains. For both strains, libraries were collected at the initial time point (T0) and after 16 generations of growth (T16). Libraries were sequenced on an Illumina NextSeq 2000 with the custom Read1 primer ReadTnLpSC189.
