De-identified Clinical Dataset of Endoscopic and Surgical Resection for Extraluminal Gastric Subepithelial Tumors: A Retrospective Study

This dataset accompanies the retrospective study entitled "Comparative Analysis of Endoscopic and Surgical Resection for Extraluminal Gastric Submucosal Tumors: A Retrospective Study." The study was conducted at Zhongda Hospital, Southeast University, China, and investigated clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes in patients with gastric subepithelial tumors exhibiting predominantly extraluminal growth. The deposited dataset contains de-identified clinical variables derived from the available endoscopic and surgical treatment records.
