To investigate the downstream genes of Isl1 and Pou4f1 in CVGs, we examined the gene expression level of each single knockout and double knockout compared with control. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different genotypes at E11.5. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control, Isl1CKO, Pou4f1KO and DKO CVGs.
