Identifying SC1-regulated mRNA and lncRNA in the J1 mESCs. Mus musculus

It has been demonstrated that SC1 (Pluripotin) promotes self-renewal of mouse embryonic stem cells, however, the target genes of SC1 are not fully understood. To better understand the downstream target genes of SC1, we performed Microarray analysis to identify their downstream targets. The data show the genes regulated by SC1. Overall design: J1 mESCs maintained in medium containing 1000 U/mL LIF and supplemented without or with SC1 for 6 hours, then total RNA was extracted for microarray (including mRNA and lncRNA) analysis.
