Algorithm Specifications:
1. Data Collection: Collect and organize UK patent application data since 2018, then categorize all patents into national applications and PCT applications for statistical purposes.
2. Data Processing: Calculate the monthly counts of national patent applications and PCT patent applications, as well as their respective application trends:
