Bacillus mycoides and subtilis colony mophology on compressed agar

Plates were innoculated from left to right as follows: one column of B. mycoides, two columns of B. subtilis PY79, and two columns of B. subtilis sigma D::tet.

Cells were stained with FM4-64 after direct transfer from solid media containing either 0 or 125uM EDTA.
