High-throughput profiling of the anti-viral antibody repertoire by PhIP-seq (VirScan3 library) in the EvoImmunoPop cohort

The datasets consist of (i) the raw FASTQ files obtained by phage immunoprecipitation sequencing (PhIP-seq) and (ii) a CSV file containing the processed, antibody reactivity Z-scores, in the form of a table of 115,753 columns and 312 rows. Each column represents a peptide (i.e., a 56-amino-acid-long sequence from a viral protein included in the VirScan3 library) and each row is a pseudonymized study participant from the EvoImmunoPop cohort. The cohort includes 100 and 212 Belgian residents born in either Central Africa or Europe, respectively. The value in each cell is a standardised numerical value (i.e., a z-score) derived from PhIP-seq read counts, which measures antibody reactivity against a given viral peptide in a given individual. The data are interpreted as serological profiles quantified for a synthetic human virome.
