Track based hazard exposure and loss dataset

This release provides the final data package for a typhoon-centered multisource dataset covering western North Pacific tropical cyclone events from 2000 to 2024. The dataset integrates storm-track information, ocean environmental variables, exposure layers (LitPop, population, and harmonized nightlight), ERA5-derived hazard fields, and EM-DAT-based gridded loss attribution into yearly NetCDF files organized by storm-event groups. The product is designed for hazard-impact analysis, loss attribution, event-based geospatial analysis, and machine-learning applications. In addition to the final yearly NetCDF files, this release also includes the EM-DAT audit tables that document how disaster records were matched to storm groups and how reported losses were allocated into the gridded product. These audit tables provide record-level traceability for the attribution workflow and support technical validation and reproducibility. The current released dataset corresponds to the corrected final output in new_final_output, while the accompanying audit tables preserve the attribution provenance needed to interpret the EM-DAT loss variables. This Zenodo record contains the dataset only. The companion processing, validation, and figure-generation scripts are distributed separately through the linked GitHub repository. In the code release, the scripts are organized under reproduction_v6/all_scripts.
