资源简介:
Our study was aimed to answer following questions: (i) Do leaf litter from various tree species effect on consumption rate and percentage of consumed litter by Oniscus asellus and Glomeris marginata? (ii) Do macro-biogenic elements and lignin-cellulose content increase or decrease consumption rate and percentage of consumed litter by O. asellus and G. marginata? (iii) Do consumption of litter from various tree species differences in diversity and structure of bacterial and fungal microbiome via litter chemistry in gut and faeces of O. asellus and G. marginata? (iv) Do consumption of leaf litter from various tree species shift in relative abundance of bacterial and fungal genera as well as their functional groups in gut and faces of O. asellus and G. marginata? Structure of bacterial and fungal community in gut and faeces fed by various leaf litter showed strong divergence between tree species. Bacterial community in gut and faeces of both O. asellus and G. marginata was dominated by copiotrophic bacteria while fungal communities were dominated by saprotrophic fungal genera.
