黄酒的酒精度需要企业在产品上自我标示,根据本数据可以对黄酒中酒精含量的情况进行质量评价,为政府部门监管提供依据,进一步保障消费者的食品安全。1.数据采集:采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息;2.数据处理:(1)是否超出标准值,报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出,反之为超出,具体使用IF、OR的函数;(2)黄酒中的酒精度监测总数:为数据统计范围内总检验数量;(3)黄酒中的酒精度检出问题项次数:通过SUMIF函数将不符合标准值的检验数量求和;(4)黄酒中的酒精度问题发现率=黄酒中的酒精度检出问题项次数/黄酒中的酒精度监测总数*100%。
The alcohol content of Huangjiu (Chinese rice wine) must be self-declared by enterprises on their products. This dataset enables quality assessment of the alcohol content in Huangjiu, provides a basis for government regulatory work, and further safeguards consumers' food safety. 1. Data Acquisition: Collect information including sample ID, inspection quantity, sample name, test item, test method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, and unit of measurement. 2. Data Processing: (1) Compliance judgment: If the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit, the result is deemed as non-exceeding the standard; otherwise, it is deemed as exceeding the standard. The IF and OR functions are specifically utilized for this judgment. (2) Total number of alcohol content inspections for Huangjiu: The total count of inspections within the data statistical scope. (3) Number of non-compliant detected items for Huangjiu alcohol content: Sum the quantity of non-compliant inspections using the SUMIF function. (4) Non-compliant detection rate of Huangjiu alcohol content = (Number of non-compliant detected items for Huangjiu alcohol content / Total number of Huangjiu alcohol content inspections) * 100%.
