Chlorine Inactivation of Enteric Pathogens in Agricultural Water: Data and Analysis Code

This archive contains the data and Quarto-rendered analysis report associated with a study investigating the inactivation of enteric pathogens by chlorine in preharvest agricultural water. Experimental data include measurements of chlorine demand, chlorine residuals, and microbial inactivation. All analyses were conducted in R using Quarto for reproducible reporting. The report integrates code, results, and visualizations. Data are provided in plain text format. Variables are documented in the included README file. This version is archived for peer review and will be made public upon publication.
