Dataset User Experience Evaluation of Maritime Job Search Application Using UEQ and Heuristic Evaluation

This dataset supports the study “User Experience Evaluation of REDIKRU: A Maritime Job Search App Assessed Through UEQ and Heuristic Evaluation”. It contains both quantitative and qualitative data collected to assess the usability and user experience of the REDIKRU maritime job search application, tailored for seafarers. The dataset is provided in .xlsx format and includes: UEQ Responses: Raw responses from 100 active users, covering six UX dimensions (Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, Novelty). Demographics: User profiles (age, gender, app usage duration, discovery channel) This dataset allows replication of the study, benchmarking UX in niche job search applications, and extending future research on mobile recruitment platforms in the maritime sector. All data have been anonymized to ensure participant privacy.
