To investigate the effect of PL on gene expression, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to suppress the cell proliferation of OSCC cell lines. SAS and HSC-3 cells were treated with PL (5 μmol/L) for 4 h in vitro. SAS and HSC-3 cells were treated with PL for 4 h in vitro.
