ARGUS clinical and bacteriological outcomes dataset

A quantitative dataset collected as part of the ARGUS study that presents the clinical and bacteriological outcomes of 168 participants who had a positive urine culture at baseline and underwent a follow-up visit. Adult participants were recruited from primary healthcare facilities in Harare, Zimbabwe. Data was collected from participant interviews using electronic Case Report Forms (CRFs). Laboratory results were recorded using specifically designed Case Report Forms (CRFs).
