De-identified case-level dataset: sequential prenatal genetic testing in 120 consecutive amniocenteses (northeastern Türkiye, 2022–2025)

Case-level results of 120 consecutive amniocenteses performed between March 2022 and June 2025 at a regional university hospital in the eastern Black Sea region of Türkiye. All procedures carried out during the study period are included; there were no exclusions. Each pregnancy is described by maternal age, gestational age at the procedure, referral indication, ultrasound findings, the tests actually performed (QF-PCR, G-banded karyotype, chromosomal microarray analysis, exome sequencing, targeted testing or MLPA), the genetic result and its diagnostic category, the NIPT target and confirmation status where applicable, and the pregnancy outcome. Variant-level detail, NIPT–amniocentesis confirmation pairs, summary statistics computed by spreadsheet formula from the case-level table, and a full data dictionary are also included, so that every count, proportion and confidence interval reported in the associated article can be reproduced. Records are de-identified: names, identity numbers, dates of birth and exact procedure dates were irreversibly removed, and case identifiers do not preserve chronological order. Approved by the Ordu University Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (decision no. 2025/251, 18 July 2025), which waived individual informed consent because of the retrospective design and complete anonymisation.
