Analysis code and aggregated data for: Biosecurity implementation in indoor and covered outdoor-access broiler production systems in the Netherlands

This archive contains the analysis code and the aggregated outputs underlying the manuscript "Biosecurity implementation in indoor and covered outdoor-access broiler production systems in the Netherlands." The study compares HPAI-related biosecurity implementation between intensive (indoor-only) and extensive (covered outdoor-access) Dutch broiler farms (n = 78; 63 intensive, 15 extensive), using a harmonized subset of the Biocheck.UGent assessment and Bayesian logistic regression with horseshoe priors. The archive includes the R scripts for the descriptive analysis, the baseline model and its diagnostics, the temporal and prior/model sensitivity analyses, and figure generation, together with the aggregated analytical outputs (summary tables and model coefficients) needed to reproduce the results. The individual farm-level survey responses are not included, because the combination of responses could permit identification of participating farms.
