Sequencing a rare Non-Beijing strain from Lineage 2 of M. tuberculosis

Genome sequencing has identified an extensive repertoire of single nucleotide polymorphisms amongst clinical isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. To determine whether these polymorphisms give rise to phenotypic diversity, we have used sequencing of strain N0031 to facilitate the capture of genetic diversity for this study.
