DICE

DICE（免疫细胞表达、表达数量性状位点和表观基因组学数据库）是一个免疫细胞数据库。2014年由拉霍亚免疫学研究所建立，受美国国家过敏和传染病研究所资助，主要收录健康受试者免疫细胞的转录组、表观基因组和eQTL数据，用于研究遗传变异在人类疾病中的作用。

DICE (Immune Cell Expression, Expression Quantitative Trait Loci and Epigenomics Database) is an immune cell-focused database. It was established in 2014 by the La Jolla Institute for Immunology and funded by the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. The database primarily curates transcriptomic, epigenomic and eQTL data from immune cells of healthy human participants, and is designed to support research into the roles of genetic variations in human diseases.
