The sheep is an important domestic animal for meat and wool production. We established the immortalized sheep cells that were expressed human-derived mutant CDK4 R24C, cyclin D1, TERT and SV40. In this study, we compare parental cell with immortalized cells for the biological characteristic. we analyzed the gene expression of different types of immortalized cells: K4DT, SV40.
