Raw data set for prospective samples collected on SARS-CoV-2 positive and negative individuals (clinical data)

The data set includes results from 44 rapid antigen tests for SARS-CoV-2 compared to RT-PCR.

RT-PCR oropharynx, 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/sample is missing

Ct(OP) is the RT-PCR cycle of quantification on deep oropharyngeal swabs from the individual. The value reported is the Cq value. When negative, the result is reported ad 100.00.

For each rapid antigen test the results are reported as 0 = negative, 1 = positive, other value = inconclusive/not performed/result is missing.
