This data was collected through field survey in 5 provinces, 25 counties, 50 townships and 100 villages across the country from 2005 to 2023. The information includes the implementation of public employment services and the employment situation of rural laborers, without involving geographical coordinate information. The data was cleaned and analyzed using Stata 17 software, and the label of each variable were clearly indicated.
