Anthocyanins are a group of water-soluble plant flavonoids and can affect phyllosphere microbiota. To explore the influence of endogenous anthyocynins on the phyllosphere microbiomes, we sequenced 16S rRNA amplicons for the phyllosphere microbes. The V5-V7 region of bacterial 16S rRNA gene were amplified using barcoded primer 799F (AACMGGATTAGATACCCKG) and 1193R (ACGTCATCCCCACCTTCC)
