Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the main non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including two main molecular subtypes termed activated B cell-like (ABC) and germinal center B cell-like (GCB). Regardless of molecular subtype, endogenous Bfl-1 expression renders DLBCL insensitive to conventional drugs. To find the novel Bfl-1 inhibition way, we explored the effect of panobinostat and Bfl-1 in SUDHL-2, a representative DLBCL cell line.
