Southwick Masterplan

The purpose of this Masterplan is to ensure that the Local Planning Authority has sufficient information on which to make a decision on the key design principles of the Central Southwick development and once the masterplan has been endorsed by the City Council’s Cabinet, to formally adopt the document as Interim Planning Policy.
